Laura Thomas

Laura Thomas is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Accountant at SHFL Entertainment since October 2009, Laura has previously held the position of Cost Analyst at Upper Deck Company from May 2007 to July 2009, where responsibilities included inventory cost research, standard cost maintenance, month-end reconciliations, and ad-hoc report development. Laura began a career in accounting at Solo Cup Company, working from 1992 to 2006. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned between 1982 and 1987.
