Rachel Patterson

Rachel Patterson has an extensive background in code enforcement and compliance, with experience working in various roles for different organizations. Currently serving as Secretary and Board of Director for the ICC Colorado Chapter, Rachel also holds positions as a Sr Code Enforcement Officer at the City of Westminster, Building Code Professional at Shums Coda Associates, and Training Facilitator at Aegis Learning. In previous roles, Rachel has worked as a Code Enforcement Officer and Senior Code Compliance Officer for City municipalities, where Rachel conducted inspections and enforced municipal codes to ensure compliance with regulations. Rachel's career journey also includes experience as a Code Compliance Officer Lead and Operations Manager.
