Kevin Choi

Kevin Choi has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Infrastructure & Support Services at Shun Tak Holdings Ltd since March 2022. Previously, Kevin held IT Manager positions at The Hong Kong Club and Wharf Hotels, and served as an Assistant IT Manager at both Wharf Hotels and Kerry Hotel Hong Kong. Earlier career roles include IT Support Officer/System Administrator at Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd and Deskside Engineer at Fujitsu Hong Kong Limited, starting as a Customer Engineer at Automated Systems (HK) Limited. Kevin Choi holds a Master of Science in Information System Management from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London, complemented by a Higher Diploma in Network Application from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
