Chris Groszczyk

Chris Groszczyk is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design integration and materials engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Design Integration Engineering at Shure Incorporated since July 2019, Chris focuses on enhancing prototype fidelity through advanced engineering and 3D printing technologies. As an Independent Consultant at CG Materials and Finishes Design, Chris leverages expertise in product development and manufacturing processes to advise on high-volume decoration techniques for the consumer electronics industry. Previous roles include Director of Engineering and Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Motorola Mobility, where Chris led cross-functional teams to develop innovative materials and finishes for mobile devices. Chris holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and a degree in Engineering Technology Management from the University of South Florida.
