Dr. Amy Randall has a strong background in research, development, and sustainability. Dr. Amy currently holds the position of Vice President of Research, Development, and Sustainability at Shurtape Technologies, LLC since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Global Research Engineering and Product Strategy at GCP Applied Technologies from May 2021 to July 2022. Dr. Randall also held positions at Firestone Building Products, where they served as the Executive Director of Global Research, Development, and Engineering from March 2020 to May 2021, and as the Director of Research and Development from October 2016 to March 2020. Before joining Firestone, they worked at Bridgestone, where they held various roles including Manager of Innovation and Technology, Section Manager of Advanced Materials, and Principal Research Scientist, from June 2006 to November 2016. Overall, Dr. Amy Randall has extensive experience in research and development, with a focus on sustainability and product strategy.
Dr. Amy Randall completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry Dual Degree from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Amy attended this school from 1997 to 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Polymer/Plastics Engineering at The University of Akron, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.
