Kumar Manoj has extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Kumar Manoj began their career at Total Solutions as a Manager in Sales & Tech Support from 1996 to 1998. Kumar Manoj then worked as a Project Associate at CSIR from 1998 to 1999. Kumar joined Wipro Net Ltd as a CSE from 1999 to 2002. Kumar Manoj then moved on to AT&T Global Networks Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., where they held multiple positions including Assistant Manager from 2002 to 2004, International Service Manager from 2004 to 2006, and Principal - Technical Consulting from 2006 to 2021. At AT&T, they provided strategic guidance, developed business solutions, and managed relationships with global customers. In 2021, Kumar joined Infosys as the Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Services, overseeing the setup of the delivery organization and managing large engagements for international Telecom and entertainment clients. Kumar Manoj is currently employed at Spectra as the Head of Pre-Sales and Customer Solutions.

Kumar Manoj completed their General Management Program for Executives (GMPE) at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangalore University, which they pursued from 1991 to 1995. Kumar's education journey began at St. Xavier's School, Hazaribagh, where they completed their schooling from 1983 to 1988. Additionally, they hold a certification in "Introduction to 5G" from LinkedIn, acquired in 2020.
