Lynne Kovach

Lynne Kovach has extensive work experience in accounting and finance roles. Lynne is currently the Director of Accounting Shared Services at The Shyft Group since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Accounting Manager at The Shyft Group from January 2020 to December 2023. Before joining The Shyft Group, they worked at Lear Corporation as a Financial Manager from November 2018 to January 2020, Corporate Accounting Manager from October 2016 to October 2018, and Controller from March 2014 to September 2016. Lynne also worked as a Conversation English Teacher in a self-employed capacity from September 2010 to February 2013. Additionally, they have experience as a Finance Consultant to the CFO and Assistant Services Director at Marine Corps Community Services from September 2006 to September 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a CPA at Ernie Sewell, CPA in 2003. Lynne also held various roles at Lear Corporation from 1997 to 2002 including Division Finance Senior, Plant Controller, and Assistant Controller. Before joining Lear Corporation, they worked as a Controller/Business Manager at Research Across America/Dr. Jeffrey M. Adelglass, MD & Assoc. PA from April 1995 to April 1997. Lynne also served as a Controller at W M Automotive Warehouse, Inc. from September 1993 to April 1995, and Controller at Family Services, Inc. from June 1993 to September 1993. Lynne began their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Weaver from July 1990 to June 1993.

Lynne Kovach holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Texas Wesleyan University in 1990. Additionally, Lynne Kovach holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from both the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and the Texas Society of CPAs, though the dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
