Alec Geier

Alec Geier is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in client support and management. Currently, Alec serves at shyftplan GmbH since March 2022, following a brief tenure at Accountable from November 2021 to February 2022 in the same role. Prior to this, Alec worked at DOCTOLIB from May 2020 to October 2021 as a Level 3 Product Support Manager with a focus on API. Alec's career began at Teleperformance Portugal as an Escalation Specialist from September 2018 to December 2019, and earlier experience includes serving as a Game Master at EXIT® - Live Adventures from October 2017 to July 2018.
