Ray Cholewka

Ray Cholewka is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction inspection across various significant projects. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer/Project Manager at SI Engineering, P.C., Ray specializes in preparing proposals for construction inspection contracts. Previous roles include serving as Resident Engineer for the rehabilitation of the Greenkill Ave. Bridge in Kingston, NY at WSP USA, and providing Quality Assurance for the Goethals Bridge Replacement Project at KS Engineers, P.C. Ray has also conducted constructability reviews and prepared bid packages at URS Corporation for significant projects at major airports, managed a large-scale bridge replacement project along I-95 in Connecticut at AECOM, and supervised construction teams under a Federal Consent Decree at Hazen and Sawyer. Ray Cholewka holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and pursued further studies in geotechnical engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.
