Stefan Kaiser

Stefan Kaiser has a diverse work experience. Stefan started their career at RohnerChem in 2007 as an Entwicklungschemiker and Projektleiter. Stefan worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined SI Group as a Manager in Research & Development, where they stayed until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Stefan Kaiser held the role of Senior Manager at SI Group, responsible for the R&D Centre of Competency for Engineering Plastics & Plastic Additives. In 2019, they were promoted to Sr. Manager - Process Technology for the EU region. As of April 2021, they are the Director of Process Technology for EMEA at SI Group.

Stefan Kaiser obtained their degree in Chemistry from the University of Basel in 2001. Stefan then pursued a PhD from the same institution, which they completed in 2005. Following their PhD, Stefan did a postdoctoral fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2006. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in project management and statistical analysis from LinkedIn.
