Gary Kimball

Gary Kimball is currently working as a Senior End User Support Technician at SIAA, where Gary provides 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Tier tech support for the company and its subsidiaries. Gary is responsible for implementing Connectwise Automate and Connectwise PSA for endpoint/patch management and ticketing system. Prior to this, Gary worked at EBSCO Industries, Inc. as a Desktop Support Technician and Help Desk Intern, and at Las Olas Taqueria and FAST EDDIES as a Cook and Line Cook, respectively. Gary also taught Classical Latin and Biblical Greek at Pedagoge Language School during high school. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
