Petr Dobry

Petr Dobry has extensive work experience in the cement industry. Petr is currently the Head of Group Product and Technical Solutions at Siam City Cement. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Quality Control Manager for Czech Republic at CEMEX Czech Republic, s.r.o. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Area Target Market Concrete Manager for Southeast Asia at Sika, where they were responsible for identifying strategic activities and driving innovation for the customers. Petr also held various roles at Holcim Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd, including Cement Industrial Performance - Quality Product & Technical Expert and Head of Regional ACM Technical & Product Support. Petr has also worked as a Project Manager at Holcim Services (Asia) Ltd and JCL Readymix Pte Ltd, and as a Business Improvement Manager at JCL Readymix PTE Ltd. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager at Holcim Group Support Ltd and held positions such as Concrete Technologist - Country Quality Manager and RMX Plant Manager at Holcim (Cesko) a.s., clen koncernu.

Petr Dobry completed their Leaving Examination in Machinery at the High School of Engineering from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including a Leadership Program from IMD Business School in 2014, a Management Seminar Program from IMD Business School in 2012, a Project Management Approach User Course from LafargeHolcim in 2008, a Ready Mixed Concrete Course from LafargeHolcim in 2005, an Industrial Floor Workshop from LafargeHolcim in 2003, and a Deutsch als Fremdsprache Certificate from Goethe-Institut e.V. in 1997.
