Paul Bowes

Paul Bowes has had a long and varied career in the logistics and automation industry. Paul began their career in 1992 as a Panel Design Engineer at SLS. In 1994, they moved to Alfa Laval Automation Ltd/SattControl as a System Engineer. In 1998, they moved to ABB as a Project Engineer and later became the Account Manager for the ASDA/Walmart customer. In 2003, they joined Consafe Logistics as an Account Manager/Technical Consultant and Project Manager. In 2013, they began a voluntary role as an Event Director for Shrewsbury parkrun. In 2021, they joined Clays as a Project Manager, leading the project team to replace the existing warehouse management system. Finally, in 2022, they joined SiB Solutions as a Technical Project Manager/Sales Engineer.

Paul Bowes completed their MSc in Systems Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Systems and Control Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University between 1987 and 1991.
