Maliile Ramashamole

Maliile Ramashamole is a seasoned professional in organizational development and industrial psychology with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Unit Manager for Organisational Development at Sibanye-Stillwater since September 2021, Maliile previously worked at PepsiCo as a Culture and Engagement Specialist, where responsibilities included defining the culture strategy for SSA and facilitating engagement initiatives.
