Alex Erpert

Alex Erpert has over 10 years of experience in the field of Learning and Development. Alex began their career in 2009 as an IT Trainer at Cegedim Relationship Management. In 2010, they moved to O'KEY group as a Training and Development Manager. In 2015, they joined Grid Dynamics as a Senior Training Manager, where they were responsible for organizing soft-skills training systems, developing module programs for soft and hard skills development, and conducting managers and soft-skills training for Company Staff. Alex also managed the Speaker's Bureau project, from the preparation of the topic and public speaking skills development to MeetUp organization. In 2021, they were appointed as Head of Learning and Development at sibedge.

Alex Erpert received a Postgraduate Degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in 2013, with a field of study in National Economics. Alex also received a Specialist degree from the same university in 2009, also with a field of study in National Economics.
