Omar AlEisa

Omar AlEisa has a diverse and extensive work experience. Omar is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Nextdoor since May 2023. Previously, they co-founded Sibly in 2016 and served as an advisor and later as the Head of Design & User Experience. Omar also had a role as the Head of Technology at Sibly, where they developed and managed the software system. Omar has also worked as a Design Consultant and Advisor at aleisa.me since 2010, providing consultation services for product design and strategy to startups. Omar joined Flagship in August 2022 as a Product Designer, where they played a crucial role in establishing product design and strategy. Omar was a co-founder and lead product designer at Feelit, Inc. from 2013 to 2016, where they built and launched mobile and web consumer products. Omar was also a co-founder, product designer, and web developer at Wain Nakel, solving the problem of deciding where to eat. Omar gained experience as a summer intern at Elm Company, one of the largest tech companies in Saudi Arabia. Omar has also worked as a graphic designer at Tam Development LLC and as a photographer at The 11th Gifted Students Program at KFUPM.

Omar AlEisa completed their B.S. degree (with honors) in Software Engineering at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals from 2009 to 2014. In 2012, they also participated in a Student Exchange Program at Texas A&M University. Additionally, in July-August 2010, they attended an English Summer Course at Vancouver English Center, although the specific start and end years for this program were not provided.
