Lindsey Smith

Lindsey Smith has worked in various roles since 2006. Lindsey began their career as a Mentor Teacher for Breakthrough Collaborative, then worked as a Project Manager for the Children's Museum of Houston. In 2006, Smith joined Teach For America as a Middle School Science Content Team Leader. From 2007 to 2013, Smith was employed by Houston ISD as a Pre-K Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, and Critical Friends Group Facilitator. Lindsey then worked as a Science Teacher for Klein ISD from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Smith began working as an English Language Trainer for Cartus. In 2017, Smith began working as an Instructional Coach for Sibme and continued in this role until 2018, when they became a Sales Manager and Business Development team member.

Lindsey Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington between 2000 and 2004. In 2005, Lindsey obtained a Science (4-8) certification from the Texas Education Agency in August. In 2007, Lindsey obtained a Generalist (EC-4) certification from the Texas State Board of Education in March. In 2014, Lindsey obtained an English as a Second Language certification from the Texas Education Agency in April. In 2017, Lindsey obtained a Generalist 4-8 certification from the Texas Education Agency in May.
