Operations Manager

Mwananyanda Mbewe is the current Operations Manager at Sibo. Operations has worked in this role since November 2016. Prior to that, they were the Shop Manager at Simbisa Brands Limited from April 2008 to September 2018. Operations has also worked as a Drive through Shop Manager at Simbisa Brands Limited from July 2015 to June 2016.

Operations Manager would have a certificate in Building High Performing Teams from the Institute of Leadership and Management, as well as an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership from the Zimbabwe Institute of Management.

Operations Manager reports to Adeboye Shogbamimu, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Head Of Marketing - Marketing, Chief People Officer - People, and CFO - Chief Finance Officer.
