Patricia Santos

Patricia Santos has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patricia worked as a Problem Manager of IT Operations at SIBS, where they were responsible for preventing and minimizing the impact of incidents and managing problems through the entire process to solution. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Analyst Consultant at everis, focusing on software quality assurance analysis and executing functional test plans. Patricia also worked as a Project Manager of Reverse Logistic at Worten Portugal, where they identified project needs and scope, created project charters, and supervised project milestones and tasks. In addition, Patricia has experience as a Mentor for first-year and Erasmus students at NAPE - IST, contributing to their adaptability in multicultural environments. Patricia participated in the Leadership Tournament event organized by AIESEC, which enhanced their leadership skills through strategic business challenges. Lastly, they collaborated with the Department of Chemical Engineering at IST, where they established contacts with guest speakers for conferences and conducted open lab sessions as an instructor.

Patricia Santos completed their education at Instituto Superior Técnico. From 2009 to 2013, they obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering. Then, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Industrial Management.
