Joe Varghese

Joe Varghese is a seasoned engineering professional with over two decades of experience in research and development, quality assurance, and project management in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director and Head of R&D and QA at SICAME INDIA since September 2016, Joe Varghese previously held the position of Technology Specialist at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing global projects and improving product quality. Prior roles include Specialist at Robert Bosch, where Joe Varghese successfully established new customer accounts and led teams in project delivery, and Assistant Manager at Souriau Connection Technology, focusing on connector development. Joe Varghese began a career as a Research Fellow at the Aeronautical Development Agency, contributing to the design of hydraulic systems for fighter aircraft. Educational qualifications include a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering and advanced studies in Innovative Product Development at IISc, Bangalore.
