Steven Ricci

Steven Ricci has extensive experience in product management and IT solutions, currently serving as the Manager of Core Product Commercial at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA since March 2018. In this role, Steven leads a team of product managers, setting key performance indicators to drive success. Previous positions at SICEPAT included Lead Product Manager, where product initiatives were driven, and Product Manager, responsible for developing features based on user requirements. Early in their career, Steven held various roles in credit analysis and administration at PT. BPR KS and gained experience in sales assistance at AUTO 2000 PASTEUR TOYOTA. Steven's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung.
