Thomas McEvoy

Thomas McEvoy is an Associate Attorney at Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP since June 2018, specializing in complex commercial litigation in New York State and federal courts, and representing broker-dealers on compliance issues before FINRA. Prior experience includes serving as a Committee Member for the Civil Court Committee at the New York City Bar Association, and an Associate Attorney at Ledy-Gurren, Bass, D'Avanzo & Siff LLP, where responsibilities included litigating a variety of case types and acting as lead attorney for a major telecommunications corporation. Thomas McEvoy holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in Government and Music from Connecticut College, graduating magna cum laude.
