Roman Steiger

Roman Steiger is the current CFO at Sicoya. Prior to joining Sicoya, Roman was the Finance Lead for the Ruhröl GmbH Demerger at Rosneft. Roman has also served as the Kfm. Geschäftsführer and CFO at Dover Corporation and as the Finance Director for Europe at CH2M. Additionally, they have held the position of Finance Director Germany at Fortum and Tax Manager at REHAU. Roman began their career as an Audit-Manager at KPMG Deutschland in 1991.

Roman Steiger has a Master of Laws from the JurGrad school at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from the Universität des Saarlandes, and is a Certified Public Accountant from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy. Roman is also certified as a restructuring manager from the IfUS-Institut.
