Marco Bruzza Pmi

Marco Bruzza has a range of experience in project management roles, with a particular focus on the manufacturing industry. Marco started their career at Ferrari, where they completed a stage in cost control. In 2007, they joined Sidel as a production planner before transitioning to a project engineer role, where they were responsible for the supply and commissioning of third-party equipment installed in Sidel's production lines. Marco then progressed to project manager, managing complete lines and undertaking tasks such as defining project scope and obtaining stakeholder approval. Most recently, Marco has held leadership positions at Sidel, including project manager leader and project manager director, where they have supervised project managers, managed project costs and schedules, and optimized resources utilization.

Marco Bruzza PMI, PMP® completed their education in 2006, obtaining a degree in Ingegneria Gestionale (Industrial Management) from Università degli Studi di Parma. In 2013, they obtained the PMP certification from PMI.
