Nathalie Pereira, also known as Maria, has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. (Maria) Nathalie currently works as the Vice President of Digital Portfolio & Connected Lines at Sidel, leading a team of 60 individuals across multiple countries. (Maria) Nathalie'sresponsibilities include overseeing digital products and development, edge and cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and data analytics, UX/UI, and new business models.
Prior to their current role, Nathalie served as the Director of Synergy & Transformation at Sidel, where they played a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and managing interdisciplinary teams. (Maria) Nathalie also held the position of Director of Product Intelligence & Program Management, overseeing the strategy and R&D budget of the EOL and C&G Portfolio.
Before joining Sidel, Nathalie worked as the Marketing Director & Customer Experience Director and PDP & Marketing Manager at Cermex Group. In these roles, they were responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing key performance indicators, optimizing the marketing strategy, and coordinating the group's sustainability policy.
Prior to their time at Cermex Group, Nathalie worked at KGB Consulting as the Consultancy and Professional Training Manager, where they coordinated consultancy projects and managed a team of consultants and trainers.
Nathalie started their career at AMTROL-ALFA METALOMECÂNICA SA – Guimarães (Portugal) as the Customer Service Director. In this role, they supervised the customer service team, managed international growth, and implemented new prospecting and sales management tools.
Throughout their career, Nathalie has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various areas, including digital transformation, program management, marketing, and customer experience.
