Rosalba Cruz

Rosalba Cruz has a diverse work experience in logistics, procurement, and program management. Rosalba started their career at Flextronics, where they served as a Planner and later as a Program Manager, handling inventory control, production planning, and customer relations. Rosalba then joined Operadora CICSA, Grupo CARSO, as an International Buyer, responsible for supplier development, price negotiation, and purchasing of various materials. Currently, they hold the position of Logistics Services Director Americas at Sidel, where they oversee warehouse management, implements lean processes, and leads investment projects. In addition, they previously worked at Sidel as an Inventory Manager, focusing on inventory analysis and financial planning. Rosalba Cruz has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, project coordination, and procurement strategies across different industries.

Rosalba Cruz obtained their Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química with a specialization in Ingeniero Químico and Polímeros from Universidad de Guadalajara. Rosalba attended this institution from 1998 to 2003.
