James Henderson

James Henderson is a Software Engineer currently working at SidelineSwap. James joined the company in May 2022 and is responsible for software development. Prior to their current role, James worked at IBM from June 2018 to May 2022 as a Software Developer, where they developed REST APIs using Spring and led innovation and security compliance efforts for one of IBM's largest software products. Before that, they were a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University from May 2017 to August 2017, where they administered exams, performed code reviews, and answered technical questions. James also worked as a Warehouse Assistant at H&H Electric in 2015, troubleshooting computer software and hardware issues and optimizing routes for deliveries. Their earliest work experience was as a Stock Associate at The Produce Stand from May 2013 to August 2014, where they focused on teambuilding, training new employees, and increasing workplace efficiency. Throughout their career, James has consistently demonstrated skills in software development, technical troubleshooting, and process optimization.

James Henderson attended Craven Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Computer Science. After completing their studies at Craven Community College, they continued their education at North Carolina State University from 2015 to 2018. James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
