Joe Nickerson

Joseph Nickerson, MBA, currently serves as Vice President & Partner at Sidewalk Real Estate & Development since February 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions in asset management at Starlight Investments and as Director of Asset Management at Slate Asset Management L.P. Joseph's experience in real estate acquisitions and development includes roles at Pomeroy Lodging LP and Capit Investment Corp., as well as earlier positions in institutional equity trading at Grafton Securities and as a senior analyst at RBC Capital Markets. Joseph holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business, along with an MBA from SDA Bocconi selected for the Schulich International Exchange Program, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Dalhousie University.
