Eilish Cahalan

Eilish Cahalan possesses extensive experience in legal talent development and training, currently serving as Director of Strategic Talent Initiatives, Director of Professional Development, and Director of Training & Development at Sidley Austin LLP since October 2009. Prior to this role, Eilish worked at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a Litigation Associate from September 1999 to October 2009. Eilish earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Loyola University Maryland.
