Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in developing collaborative solutions. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris is involved in the creation of hardware for DViT (Digital Vision Touch) interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Prior to this, Chris served as a firmware engineer at SMART Technologies and worked as an electronics contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on educational device design and repair. Additional experience includes a teaching assistant role at the University of Calgary and electronics engineering at Grindcom, where Chris contributed to control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
