Charlotte John-Gómez,

Charlotte John-Gomez has extensive experience in leadership and community development, currently serving as the President and CEO of the Siebert Lutheran Foundation since July 2018, where leadership is provided for both staff and daily management in alignment with the Foundation’s mission. Prior roles include Director of the Office of Community Planning and Development for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, overseeing a significant funding portfolio, and Executive Director of Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, Inc., focusing on budget management and strategic vision. Additionally, Charlotte has served as an adjunct faculty member at Concordia University Wisconsin, teaching courses on ethics in business and public finance. Charlotte holds a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, with a focus on Spanish and Latin American Studies. Charlotte's early career includes impactful work as a Community & Economic Development Volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps.
