Clarke Coles is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate at Siebert Williams Shank since December 2022, focusing on Debt Capital Markets. As a Co-Founder of Major 401, a startup dedicated to the rental of streetwear clothing, Clarke demonstrates entrepreneurial skills alongside financial expertise. Previously, Clarke worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank, specializing in leveraged finance across several industry verticals, and held analyst roles at XRC Labs and Logos Lab Fund, where responsibilities included sourcing investments and conducting due diligence. A graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Clarke also participated as a Fellow with NYC Men Teach.
