Melissa Rowe

Melissa Rowe, MS, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Assistant to the COO at Siebert Williams Shank since November 2019. In addition to this role, Melissa has been with The Williams Capital Group, L.P. since May 2004, where responsibilities have included serving as Special Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Manager of Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Education and Organizational Development from Fordham University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Baruch College (2000-2003).
