Hicran ELBEK is an experienced Quality Manager with a background in industrial engineering. With a solid track record in quality assurance and control, Hicran has worked in various companies such as Siemens Energy, ECS MEP Contractor I/S, Flowplan, Makel Şirketler Grubu, Aster Textile, and AGM OTOMOTİV. Hicran has expertise in quality management systems, performance management, process improvement, internal auditing, and supply chain development. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Istanbul Kultur University, Hicran continues to excel in the field of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
