Thomas Diedrich

Thomas Diedrich has had a diverse work experience, primarily in proposal management and engineering roles. Thomas most recently worked for Siemens Energy as the Global Head of Engineering - Turbo Compressor, leading a team responsible for order execution and front-end support. Before that, they held the position of Director Proposals at Siemens, where they led regional bid management teams and focused on increasing profitable growth through product positioning and strategic capture plans. Thomas also has experience at Daimler as a Project Engineer/Consultant and at Robert Bosch GmbH as an intern.

Thomas Diedrich pursued their education in a chronological manner. Thomas started their academic journey in 2002 at HTWK Leipzig, where they focused on Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering. Thomas studied there until 2006 and earned a diploma, being awarded the degree of Dipl.-Ing.

In 2006, Thomas enrolled in Steinbeis Hochschule and embarked on a Master's program in Business and Engineering, specifically in General Management. Thomas completed this program in 2007, obtaining their Master's degree.
