Ge Hari Govinda Thilak

GE Hari Govinda Thilak currently serves as the Country HR Head for Siemens Gamesa, leading the HR function for the India region since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Director and Regional HR Director at GE Renewable Energy from July 2017 to April 2022, as well as Senior Employee HRM at GE from April 2011 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for multiple sectors in Chennai. Previous positions also encompass Head of Human Resources for Global Technology at Hexaware Technologies and Deputy Manager of HR at EID PARRY (INDIA) LTD. Thilak began the HR career as a Management Trainee at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited in June 1994. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing & Systems from the University of Madras, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Master of Social Work in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from DG Vaishnav College.
