Hilary Flynn

Hilary Flynn currently serves as the Head of Offshore Sales for Siemens Gamesa, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Hilary was the Managing Director of Investments at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center from March 2022 to March 2024, focusing on early-stage climatetech venture capital. Hilary also contributed to National Grid in various capacities from March 2016 to February 2022, including Head of US Offshore Wind and Vice President of NG-RWE JV. As a founding chapter leader of UPWARD Women Boston from 2018 to 2020, Hilary demonstrated leadership in promoting women's advancement. Hilary’s extensive experience includes roles at Lux Research, Meister Consultants Group, PHOTON Consulting, and M.J. Bradley & Associates LLC, among others. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA with a specialization in M&A from Gies College of Business, an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan, a BS in Plant Science from Rutgers University, and an MS in Environmental Science from Washington State University.
