Gemma A. has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 as a Data Security Administrator at Comerica Bank, where they managed network connections for over 1,500 users and maintained information data security access. In 2001, they became a Systems Analyst at the same company, working with the Southern California Web Development group and managing Microsoft SQL Database servers. Gemma then joined Emulex Corporation in 2006 as a Senior Application Systems Administrator, where they built the company's intranet and extranet using SharePoint 2007, migrated SharePoint and Microsoft SQL Server, and maintained third-party applications. In 2015, Gemma joined Molina Healthcare as a Senior Systems Analyst, specializing in Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources. Their responsibilities included successful configuration, validation, and implementation of the Compensation Module, as well as the design and implementation of Goals and Performance Management Modules. Currently, they work as a SharePoint Administrator/ Developer at Siemens Government Technologies.
