Ajay Krishnankutty

Ajay Krishnankutty serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the APJ Region and Zone India at Siemens Healthineers since May 2022. Previously, Ajay held the position of Head of Recruitment at Legato Health Technologies from February 2020 to April 2022 and served as Global Head of Recruitment at IG from January 2018 to February 2020. Ajay's earlier roles include Group Leader in HRIS & HR Analytics and AGM – HR Analytics & Special Projects at Concentrix, as well as Associate Director - HR & Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition at ISGN. Earlier career positions include Manager - India Operations - Talent Management at UST Global, Sourcing & Planning Manager at Information Dynamics, and Assistant Manager - Delivery Operations at UST Global. Ajay holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Management in Kerala.
