Raúl Serrano Osuna

Raúl Serrano Osuna has a diverse and extensive work experience. Raúl currently works at Siemens Logistics as the Human Resources Director since November 2019. In addition, they hold a role as a member of EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s, starting from July 2021.

Previously, they worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2012 to 2019, where they held various positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Iberia Human Resources Director for Damco and Maersk Logistics and Services, Human Resources Manager, and HR Business Partner. In their roles, they were responsible for talent management, business partnering, recruitment, and resourcing.

Before Maersk, they worked at GT Motive as the Personnel Manager in 2013, BALLESOL as the Chief of Personnel Administration in 2011, BINTER CANARIAS as the HR Organizational Manager from 2008 to 2011, Telyco (Grupo Telefónica) as the Personnel Manager from 2006 to 2008, NH Hoteles as an HR Technician from 2004 to 2006, and El Corte Ingles as an HR Technician from 2002 to 2004.

Raúl Serrano Osuna has a diverse education history. Raúl began their studies in 1997 at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they pursued a degree in Relaciones Laborales (Labor Relations), which they completed in 2001. Raúl furthered their education at the same university from 2002 to 2006, earning a Licenciado degree in Ciencias del Trabajo (Labor Sciences) with a specialization in RRHH (Human Resources).

In 2004, Raúl Serrano Osuna attended IMF, where they obtained a Master's degree in Dirección de RRHH (HR Management).

Alongside their formal education, Raúl has also obtained various certifications. In 2014, they received The Predictive Index certification from The Predictive Index organization. In 2017, they obtained a certification from Mind Gym for completing the Mind Gym program. In 2021, Raúl earned certifications in Strategic Thinking and Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy, both from LinkedIn. Most recently, in 2023, they received a certification in JIRA Software from LinkedIn as well.
