Georg Ketzer

Georg Ketzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within Siemens AG, where tenure spans from 1988 to the present. Currently serving as Vice President of the Direct Drive Business, Georg is responsible for the integration of the former Krauss Maffei business into Siemens AG's Motion Control division. Previous positions at Siemens AG include Vice President of Business Excellence and Vice President of Global Systems Engineering. Prior to this, Georg held roles at Siemens Dematic AG, Siemens, Siemens Siplace, and Hunkeler AG & Baeuerle GmbH, focusing on product lifecycle management, program management, and sales process realignment. Educated with a Master's degree in Precision Engineering & Automation Technology from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Georg has also completed senior leadership and financial excellence programs.
