Laura Engelhardt

Laura Engelhardt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and coaching. Since June 2016, Laura has served as a Partner & Coach at pureEdge, focusing on developing inner capacities for greater organizational change. Concurrently, Laura has been with Siemens since August 2009, holding several leadership roles, including Head of Technology and Innovation Strategy, where Laura leads strategic initiatives in digital transformation and sustainability. Laura played a pivotal role in founding and managing the Intrapreneurs Bootcamp, fostering innovation within the company. As a Selected German Ambassador for One Young World, Laura actively influences ecosystems to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals and co-founded the GROW2GLOW initiative to empower women in the workplace. With a Diplom in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a certified coaching credential, Laura is dedicated to driving sustainable innovation and societal impact through diverse and inclusive practices.
