Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a focus on developing collaborative solutions at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where current projects include hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Prior experience includes firmware engineering for the same products, electronics contracting for educational device design and repair at the Science Alberta Foundation, and teaching assistance at the University of Calgary. Chris also contributed to circuit design and control systems for forestry equipment at Grindcom. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
