Vlasta Dusil is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in driving organizational effectiveness and talent management across various global firms. Currently serving as the Head of People & Organization for Digital Industries at Siemens since April 2023, Dusil previously held key HR roles at Philips and SAP, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy for over 20,000 employees, facilitating M&A processes, and enhancing employee engagement and diversity.
