Stephen Roy

Stephen is an experienced real estate executive with 25 years of direct experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, asset management, real estate management and development. He has worked for some of North America’s premier real estate organizations, bringing with him a superior understanding of project execution, investment analyses and valuations, as well as leading high performing teams who support the achievement of key development and construction goals. Over the last decade, he has successfully led 29 development projects in five provinces totalling over $1 billion, including medical and hospitality facilities, and high-rise residential. As Senior Vice President, Real Estate Development and Construction, Stephen is responsible for driving Sienna’s commitment to redevelop its older Ontario LTC Homes, build senior living campuses, develop new retirement homes and add additional retirement suites to existing sites.
