Ashley Christoff

Ashley Christoff possesses extensive experience in social work and operational management within the adoption and child welfare sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Sienna Systems since November 2022, Ashley previously held the position of Brazil Program Coordinator and later became the Colorado Executive Director & Placement Supervisor at Hand In Hand International Adoptions from July 2019 to November 2022. Before that, Ashley worked as a Child Protection Case Worker at Arapahoe County and as a Foster Care & Adoption Social Worker at Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains for over a decade. Additional experience includes serving as a Contract Adoption & Family Counselor at All About Adoption Services, Inc. Ashley holds a degree in Sociology & Psychology with a focus on Social Work from the University of Minnesota, completed between 2002 and 2005.
