Jordan MacDonald

Jordan MacDonald is an experienced recruiting professional with a robust background in leadership and executive recruitment. Currently serving as the Recruiting Lead at Sierra since June 2024, Jordan previously held several key positions at Stripe from August 2015 to June 2024, culminating in the role of Head of Leadership & Executive Recruiting. In this capacity, Jordan directed the global leadership recruitment team, focusing on enhancing the executive leadership structure through strategic partnerships with Stripe's leaders. Prior to Stripe, Jordan worked at Facebook from May 2011 to July 2015 as a Technical Recruiter for WhatsApp and also functioned as a University Recruiter, where initiatives included organizing major recruiting events and developing diversity programs. Jordan’s early career involved various roles in publicity and recruitment across different organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA and further education at Universidad de Belgrano.
