Kirstin Reid Aiello

Kirstin Reid Aiello has over two decades of experience in application support, currently serving as an Application Support Analyst and previously as an Application Support Specialist at Sierra-Cedar since August 2002. In these roles, Kirstin provides troubleshooting and production support for various PeopleSoft/Oracle software, including CRM, SA, EP, FS, HCM, and FO across versions 7.5 to 8. Prior to this, Kirstin completed an internship at James Madison University from 2000 to 2002. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from James Madison University, obtained in May 2002.
