Rodney Griggs

Rodney Griggs is an experienced project leader specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations within the public sector, currently serving at Sierra-Cedar since July 2022. Prior to this role, Griggs held various positions, including Consulting Manager at Huron Consulting Group Holdings LLC from May 2017 to June 2023, HRIS Lead at G6 Hospitality LLC, and Peoplesoft Project Manager at Public Health Institute. Griggs has extensive expertise in managing Affordable Care Act compliance projects and providing strategic advice on Human Capital Management systems.
