Kelly Starr

Kelly Starr is an experienced professional in the clinical research and medical field, currently serving as a Consultant and Project Manager at Sierra Clinical Services since 2022 and as President of Starr Clinical Research Consultants since June 2018. With over 15 years of experience in clinical research, Kelly has provided support to CROs, sponsors, and sites. Prior roles include Glaucoma Clinical Research Manager at Ophthalmology Associates from 2011 to 2022 and various medical support positions, including Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and Ophthalmic Technician. In addition to practical experience, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from DeVry University.
